If you dont like those images, you may need to substitute different ones.

I hate to nitpick, but the yellow folders were much easier on the eyes.

Now, the sidebar entries are just a big blob of gray.

Yechhh.

Bookmark folders still use the traditional yellow icons on the drop-down menu(s) and bookmarks toolbar.

Someone probably will come up with a way to modify the gray icons at some point.

So will we be allowed to change this to something of better contrast.

Generally speaking, it was an intentional change away from image files to SVG (a language for describing line drawings) and there isnt a built-in way to change the colors of icons.

I had to dim it a bit because if its too bright, I cant make out its shape.

The next time you start Firefox, the folder should have the colors in the second image on this page.

I changed the slightly muted gold to GoldenRod, just my personal preference.

I use CSS on several forums to indicate which threads Ive visited or written in.

The folder itself is still grey with a grey background and difficult to see.
